Traveling EAST on the Santa Monica Freeway/San Bernardino Freeway (10):

Take the San Pedro Street Exit (do to confuse with the SOUTHBOUND Harbor Freeway (110) to San Pedro).  Turn left and go under the freeway and left again at the Stop Sign.  Then, finally turn right (going NORTH) onto San Pedro Street.  Continue approximately 10 blocks; the Mission will be on your left just past 6th Street.

Traveling WEST on the San Bernardino Freeway/Santa Monica (10):

Take the San Pedro Street Exit.  Turn right (going NORTH) onto Sam Pedro Street.  Continue approximately 10 blocks; the Mission will be on your left just past 6th Street.

Traveling SOUTH on the Hollywood Freeway (101):

Take the Alameda Street Exit and turn right.  Turn right on 1st Street.  Turn left on San Pedro Street; the Mission is on the right just past 5th Street.

Traveling NORTH on the Hollywood Freeway (101):

Take the Alameda Street Exit and turn left.  Turn right on 1st Street.  Turn left on San Pedro Street; the Mission is on the right just past 5th Street.

Traveling NORTH or SOUTH on the Harbor Freeway (110):

Take the 4th Street Exit.  Follow 4th Street to San Pedro Street.  Turn right on San Pedro Street (going South); the Mission will be on your right just past 5th Street.
