Stanley A. Ratzlaff has been a member of the Union Rescue Mission Board of Directors since 1984.  He served as Chairman of the Board from January 1990 until January 2002.  He was instrumental in the Second Century -- Capital Campaign to build the new five- story, 525,000 square foot facility for Union Rescue Mission on San Pedro Street.  The new home for URM opened in November 1994.  He has also served as a member of the URM Board of Trustees.

Stan retired as Vice President and Controller for Pacific Enterprises in July of 1993.  He is a graduate of San Jose State University.  He has been an active member and office holder in several professional organizations, including past President of the Financial Executives Institute.  He and his wife Bette Anne are very active in their local church and community work.
